Andrew* May Seek Electricity Reduction Mayor Percy Ferebee said last week that the Town of Andrews may petition the State Utilities Commission to require Nantahaia Power & Light Co. to reduce its rates. Referring to the Supreme Court decision rejecting an increase for Nantahaia, Ferebee said "we've been hammering on that for years.' Ferbee argued that Nantahala's list presiding.
